It’s the sound of KAVZ, the community volunteer-run, low-power FM station located in East Whatcom County. Our mission is to provide diversity in local programming by airing music, local news (farm, forestry, horticulture, youth, tribe, etc.), public affairs, arts, culture, current events, educational, health and safety topics relevant to our community. We could sure use the support of civic-minded folks like you to keep the news, information, and lively programming flowing like the mighty Nooksack!
