Episode 4 – Jeff and Amy Margolis -The owners of Everybody’s Store in Van Zandt since the 1970s, Jeff and Amy narrate the journey that led them to the South Fork Valley, discuss what it’s like to own a small business here, and relay their hopes for the future.

Episode 3 – Richard Balogh, – Cleveland transplant Richard Balogh purchased an iconic local restaurant and has transformed it into Rifugio’s Country Italian Cuisine. Richard discusses the challenges he has faced changing an old standby into a new and refreshing destination eatery.
